A07N
Investigating the Effects of Spatial Catalyst Modifications and Elemental Tuning on Fe Based ODH Catalysts by XAS

About

A07N investigates Fe-based catalysts in oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) by adjusting the Fe/Mo ratio and isostructural modification of Fe2(MoO4)3. It explores how these modifications affect oxidation states, coordination environments, and crystal structures to enhance catalytic performance. The project utilizes synchrotron-based X-ray Absorption Spectroscopy (XAS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). By analyzing spatial concentration profiles under varied conditions, the project aims to understand tuning effects leading to catalyst efficiency and resolve the resulting variation in reactivity.
