New Publication in ACS Central Science

2024/02/28

We are proud to announce that our newest publication about transient binding pockets has been published in ACS Central Science.

Anna Charalampidou synthesized an KFKBP51 domain completely chemically in collaboration with the Pentelute Lab in Boston and created a version of the FK1 domain with a permanently open transient binding pocket. Thomas Nehls characterized the fully synthetic proteins by native mass spectrometry to provide structural information.

The article can be accessed here.

Congratulations to Anna and Thomas!
