As followers of our research might know, our group has been working for a long time on a bicyclic scaffold for FKBP ligands. However, since three times is a charm, Patryk decided to expand on this by making a tricyclic scaffold which yielded some of the most potent FKBP inhibitors we have ever seen in this group.
