New Publication in ACS Pharmacology and translational Science

The SAFit compounds from our research group are known ligands for FKBP51 with selectivity over FKBP52. The most well known compound of the series, SAFit2, was used in several studies related to FKBP51 which were now evaluated in:“Analysis of the Selective Antagonist SAFit2 as a Chemical Probe for the FK506-Binding Protein 51”.
