New Publication in J. Med Chem

A new article from our group was published in J. Med Chem on the 14th of April. The paper is titled “Structure-Based Discovery of a New Selectivity-Enabling Motif for the FK506-Binding Protein 51” and can be accessed here.

It demonstrates that through bottom group chemistry in SAFiT molecules, the binding mode can change which opens up new possible moieties of FKBP51 FK1 binders to be explored. Congratulations to Fabi and all contributing authors to their work.
