On the 25th July our newest paper “[4.3.1] Bicyclic FKBP ligands inhibit Legionella pneumophila infection by LpMip-dependent and LpMip independent mechanisms” was published online by ChemBioChem and can be accessed here. In close collaboration with the Group of Michael Steinert from Braunschweig we investigated LpMip as a potential target for our FKBP inhibitors to act as anti-infectives against Legionella pneumophila.
