Overview
The Kolmar research group is involved in the basic teaching of biochemistry for the Bachelor courses in biology, biomolecular engineering and biochemistry. It also supports the basic education in organic chemistry for biology-related degree programs. In the Master courses, special lectures are offered with a focus on peptide and protein engineering. In close cooperation with industrial partners in teaching (companies Ferring, Merck, Tosoh), we also offer a wide range of application-oriented courses in antibody engineering and molecular immunology as well as in industrial protein production (Downstream Processing).
