LDPE Plant Improvement Conference 2021

This year's LDPE Plant Improvement Conference took place on November 29th and 30th in Königstein. The conference, organized by Uhde, brings together companies involved in the operation of LDPE and EVA plants to exchange information on innovations in the industry.
Professor Busch has been presenting the group's current research results at this conference for several years. This year, the group participated in the conference with two presentations: “Insights into high-pressure reactors – mixing & gradients by simulation and experiment” and “Decomposition & venting – playing with scenarios at lab-scale”. The second of the two presentations won the “Best Paper Award” in the Supplier category. Jonas Degenkolb, Lena Gockel, Moritz Imhoff and Aaron Röblitz had the opportunity to participate in the conference and to present the group's research, also in the form of a booth. The conference offers a good opportunity to gain insight into industry-relevant topics and to establish contacts.
