Visiting ACHEMA 2022

ACHEMA is the world's largest process industry exhibition for chemical engineering and was held from August 22nd to 26th, 2022 at the Frankfurt exhibition center. The Busch working group also visited the fair to learn about the latest developments in the industry.
Of particular interest were the exhibitors related to high-pressure technology, e.g. in plant design, analytics, pumps and compressors, and safety technology. Among others, the booths of the companies C3 Prozess- und Analysentechnik, Fink, Hy-Lok, Uhde, ProMinent, Beckhoff and Evonik were visited.
In addition, an excursion to ACHEMA also took place as part of the “High Pressure Technology” lecture. After a guided tour with visits to the booths of Sulzer ChemTech, Leser, InnoSyn, SiMTech and BG, there was a live demonstration on the use of a rupture disc from Rembe. Afterwards, the students had the opportunity to explore the fair on their own.
