Annual Meeting on Reaction Engineering 2023

From May 15th to 17th, the annual meeting on Reaction Engineering was held at the DECHEMA-Haus in Frankfurt.
The focus of this year’s conference was put on topics, like the inclusion of digitalization, model development or sustainable process development into the area of reaction engineering. These focus topics were taken up in the plenary lectures. Other topics include the use of electrochemical processes and diagnostic methods for reactors. In addition to the presentations, there was time for intensive discussions on the current research topics during a two-hour “poster party”.
Two PhD students from Professor Busch's research group participated in the annual meeting with the following contributions:

- Influence of Different Initiators and Mixing on Temperature Gradients in High-Pressure LDPE Autoclaves, Lorenz Schmidt, Markus Busch (Poster)
